Our Beneficiaries

Charter School of Wilmington

Sam graduated from the Charter School of Wilmington in 2011. He was the starting goalie for the Varsity Lacrosse team in 2010 and 2011, despite the fact that he had never played lacrosse. Sam dedicated himself to becoming the best possible goalie and teammate. It was during this time that Sam developed some of his strongest lifelong friendships.

United States Bridge Federation

Sam was a bridge professional in NYC and was a beloved member of the bridge community. He was a former member of the US Bridge Federation (USBF) Junior program, having represented the USA in the 2018 World Youth U26 Bridge Team Championship (WYBTC) in China. The USBF named the 2024 and 2026 competitions to determine the Junior teams that represent the USA (in 2025 and 2027, respectively) in Sam's honor.
